Zero defects is our target. From the tool design and mold making, material selecting, mold trial to molding process, we will fully consider of the drafts, P/L, slides, ejection, filling, cooling, runner, mechanism, moving, tolerance… to guarantee part appearance, close dimension, part fabrication, short cycle time and max mold life. 

For example, at the initial tool design stage, we will consider the witness line or injector marks only laid at non-critical areas or invisible location, especially it’s typical appearance product.

For the material selecting, mostly, we will over look the properties of material. Some material is not good ideal resin for all the finishes, some material shrinkage is much more different.

The third overlook is during the molding process. Another example, like change or adjust parameter to improve the flow marks or flash.
